- The British Officers' Club of Philadelphia was founded in 1919 to support and maintain the special relationship between the British, Commonwealth and American people.
- Members of the BOC are British and Commonwealth Forces plus United States and other Allied Military who have served with British / Commonwealth Forces.
- Friends of the BOC are Ladies and Gentlemen of good will, sponsored by two members, and are welcome at all events.
- The BOC supports various US and UK Military Charities, such as the Wounded Warrior Project (US) and the British Forces Foundation (UK). The BOC also provides an annual endowment to The Royal Star & Garter Home in Richmond, England.
